Awana and Updates

I wanted Mary-Kate to be a Cubbie last year and it didn't work out. I felt bad about it all year. So I decided this year, this was something that she and I could do together. She was so excited. Her first night they made a name bracelet, colored their Cubbie Bear picture, learned rules and procedures, learned scripture, had a snack, and played games. I was so exhausted after it was over. I work with 6th and 7th graders everyday. It has been a long time since I have been in a room full of 4 year olds. We had a couple of 3 year olds too. We had 10 kids total. My brother volunteers too and works with middle school aged kids.

I have to study up on all of the songs and salutes that were done. Ha!

I have had some post pardom things to work through. I should have taken a leave at the beginning of the year and I didn't. I have good reasons though, but still it was so hard putting my 8 week old in daycare. She is doing great! I go to she her at lunch time to nurse her. Yep, I am hanging in there with that. Sorry if it is TMI. She has formula too, now and is doing fine with that.

We got to look at our proofs on-line from the photo shoot today. They are darling.
Can't wait for the weekend to spend more time with my girls and Thara!

The kiddos usually LOVE Cubbies. It's a lot of fun. But, you're right, usually by the end of the night I am EXHAUSTED too!!

I've been so impressed with how well you're doing adjusting to two children. Hang in there!! You're a great Momma!

Can't wait to see the pictures!

And I can definitely relate, I hated putting Levi in daycare. Luckily he has the same teacher as Jacob did, so I know he's in good hands, but still hard to drop him off.
