ECCLESIASTES 3
A Time for Everything
1 There is a time for everything,
and
a season for every activity under heaven:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and
a time to dance,5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
These verses bring me a lot of comfort. I am having a rough week with my emotions. I am not sure what has brought it on. I just have to remember "this too shall pass." Blake loved football. He warmed the bench a lot growing up. Yet as an adult he refereed. Tis the football season. One of my students houses burned to the ground. She has lost everything. My heart is heavy. I need this labor day weekend to get it together.
On a brighter note:
The season in my life is to be the best Mommy I can be to Mary-Kate. My husband and I feel so blessed to get to be her parents.
Sweet Thing

Absolutely precious

Chloe, Mary-Kate, and Landry

Chloe and MK took gymnastics together last year. Landry and MK go to preschool together.

Lined up and waiting their turn

I had the best time taking Mary-Kate to her dancing lesson. She thought it was so fun! We didn't know that Landry was taking lessons, too. It was a big surprise!
Can't wait for a recital!
